We offer our customers DOA
(Dead On Arrival) warranty.
However, we expect the customer
to take full responsibility
of getting the fish out
from their local customs
as soon as possible. We
will compensate the lost
of the fish if a report
is made within 24 hours
after arrival and proof
is produced to substantiate
the claim. Therefore, the
death occuring because of
airline delays or factors
not within our control shall
not be compesated.
Note:
All claims, if accepted,
will be compensated by
sending identical quality
fishes in the next shipping.
